The procedure itself was quick and not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of. I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The staff and the Doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was relaxed during the procedure for an epidermoid cyst. After the procedure, they explained the post-operative instructions. I am glad that I received treatment from Dr. Parviz Sadigh.

I had a really positive experience from beginning to end- reception staff were welcoming, nurse was attentive and apologised for wait time (was only 10/15 mins, I didn't mind), Doctor was friendly, made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. The procedure was seamless and he talked me through each step, I was very comfortable. When settling my invoice, again reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also - team were very up front and clear on pricing before I went through with procedure and was in line with the range I was sent in advance of my appointment -no surprises.

They scheduled an appointment for Monday and received several reminders on the day of the appointment. The reception staff at the clinic were very friendly. Mr. Parviz Sadigh was highly professional and competent. I was kept well-informed about all my options throughout the process. The surgery to remove the mole on my arm was completed in just 10 minutes and was pain-free. I highly recommend their services.
