They are amazing, I have been there for different reasons and I feel at home in this clinic. The reception team is always kind and polite. Much appreciated their help in fitting the appointments with my schedule.

The doctors here are highly professional, which is the only reason I keep coming back despite the rude reception staff and their absurd appointment confirmation process. They require a £20 deposit to secure an appointment—which is fair enough—but they have no system in place to verify the payment on their end. Instead, they expect patients to provide a screenshot as proof. Yesterday, I confirmed that I had paid the deposit but didn’t send a screenshot. As a result, today I was met with the threat of my appointment being canceled and was given a lecture about their ridiculous process. It’s unreal—being treated like a child, as if my word meant nothing, even after I had already confirmed my payment.

Will come back. Amazing staff and wonderful doctors
