Everyone was polite and friendly and put me at ease. The place is spotless. The doctor who did my test explained to me the whole way through what he was doing. The nurses were really nice and talked me through what they were doing prior to the test.

Even though the procedure itself is not a pleasant, the doctor kept me informed on what he was doing at each point and also on what he was seeing - this in itself was reassuring and made me relax. The nurses were also very great starting with registration, he explained the whole procedure in a friendly manner.

It's not a pleasant experience having gastroscopy, but the staff at the centre made it bearable and where very helpful and supportive, and made you feel welcome and comfortable.

Everyone was really friendly and kind and helped my understand what was happening with m my procedure. The doctor did a good job and explained what he was doing and had observed. The nurse who spoke to me at the end was particularly kind and put me at ease regarding my condition as I was very nervous that it might have been something more concerning.

From being greeted at reception everyone was very kind and available if I had any question. When in the consultation room all staff were amazing and the consultant, she was just amazing and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed
