The International Cancer Care Network (ICCN) consists of highly qualified cancer specialists working in London, committed to improving cancer awareness, diagnosing cancer early, and treating it swiftly. With the well-established fact that early cancer diagnosis significantly enhances survival outcomes, ICCN aims to provide rapid access to screening and diagnostic services.
Operating specialist clinics in London, the ICCN offers quick assessments for patients showing concerning symptoms, as well as screening services for those seeking preventative care. The service is uniquely led by a team of oncologists working alongside a group of cancer-specialist consultants trained in the latest techniques for diagnosing and managing cancer.
The ICCN's core mission is to either confirm or rule out a cancer diagnosis quickly, giving patients peace of mind and providing a streamlined path to expert care. Their oncologists are highly skilled and offer personalised private cancer treatment, as well as second opinions for those already diagnosed with cancer.
In many cases, patients present too late to benefit from early interventions due to various factors, including the strain on national healthcare systems worldwide. In the UK, national screening programs are currently limited to bowel, breast, and cervical cancers, but ICCN's screening programs extend to several other types of cancer. This proactive approach ensures more comprehensive coverage and earlier detection for at-risk patients.
The ICCN has an established referral pathway, ensuring that if an abnormality is detected, expert advice and care are immediately available. Their network includes consultants from prestigious NHS institutions, all highly experienced in cancer care, covering diagnosis, treatment, surgery, systemic therapy, and supportive care.
By bringing together specialists from some of the world’s most esteemed hospitals, ICCN ensures that patients receive top-tier cancer care throughout their journey, from screening and diagnosis to personalised treatment and survivorship. Located in central London, ICCN has access to state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring first-class patient care at every stage.

We recently met Mr Alrifai to commence immunotherapy treatment for my husband. As soon as we walked through the door he instantly put us at ease with his wonderfully warm and caring smile. He has an incredibly kind and personable manner which is hugely appreciated. It is not easy commencing cancer treatment but Mr Alrifai took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the next steps looked like and to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small they were. We feel really fortunate and so very grateful to be under the care of such a lovely man.

I am assuming ICCN is part of St George's - we usually see Dr Alrifai at the clinic there.

I found the whole experience to be very informative and very thorough. The nurse Bronagh was very friendly and covered every aspect of my health in fine detail . The whole experience has been reassuring and I felt I was been dealt with very professionally. I would encourage anyone who wants to put their mind at ease over little aches and pains to do this

Dr Alrifai was very warm and kind, explained my situation clearly but in a personal way, he went through the specifics of my condition what to expect the possible outcomes and most importantly the treatments available to me.

My daughter and I had a very informative and caring zoom call with Dr Alrifai.

Many people ask, “what are cancer screening tests?”. Cancer screening tests provide a complete view of what is occurring in your body. The exact types of tests depend on whether a person has any symptoms, and if they do, what symptoms they are.

Vague cancer symptoms are often hard to detect as the signs can be easily mistaken for less serious conditions. Unfortunately, too often, patients present with cancer symptoms that are advanced, making treatment more challenging. Vague cancer symptoms can be difficult to identify and are frequently misattributed, which can lead to significant delays in diagnosis.
