My experience with infinity Healthcare has been a very positive one.Mr. Balh was very kind and thougher ,he suggested scans,new medication and physio and now my health problem is non existent. I would highly recommend your services to anyone who needs it .

I couldn’t have made a better choice than Infinity, at my initial meeting with Nadia I felt very relaxed and comfortable. She obviously loves her job and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The woman on reception at Spire Glamorgan house. I felt was unapproachable. Offish. Felt like I could wait while she finished something for over 2 mins whike shecwas uodating her lsp top with only me their. Had no interest of acknowledging me. I had to literally speak to her after 2 mins as was ignored I've paid. 260.00 consultation 93.00 bloods 335.00 scan which I've taken a loan out to cover to be faced with this woman who was more interested in her appearance than taking the time to help me. She had long black hair red lipstick. I'm literally mortified of the reception experience she gave after all the money. I paid. I expected 110% service from when I walked in and you failed so much to deliver the simplest greeting and acknowlede. I even existed. Staff nurse lovely. Consultant lovely. I probably will need more treatment as prolapse uterus but seriously considering after the scan tomorrow going to another private clinic. It only takes one to let the whole experience down.
