Kingsbridge offers outpatient, inpatient, and day-case services from initial consultation to post-operative care. Patients are involved in every step of their treatment and given full information about any risks in relation to their treatment. Overall experience from admission to discharge was excellent. Perhaps more time with the Physio would be helpful following knee surgery to explain in detail the exercises required and when to commence them.

Because the complex has 4 different buildings I, like others, went to the wrong one with no reception desk. I asked a staff member in one of the medical rooms and she walked with me down the street to the correct building. Once there I didn't have to wait long and I was a voucher for a free drink and traybake. Consultant made me feel relaxed and explained things well to me.
