Having Hemmen and his team come in and look after my husband for his end of life care was the best decision. We were so lucky to find Livaware and feel incredibly grateful for the thorough, kind and professional attention of Hemmen. After 4 months in ICU my stepfather was diagnosed with a terminal disease. Livaware helped in every way to find the best solution for discharge and the next phase. At every stage, they were on top of medical needs, communicated clearly with doctors and nurses, queried any obstacles in a polite and constructive way, and suggested solutions with confidence and with respect for doctors and patient and family.
