Founder and Director of London TMS Centre, Dr Mohamed Abdelghani, is one of the pioneers of TMS in the UK and an award winning TMS specialist, training many of those practising today.
In 2016 Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Abdelghani established the first NHS clinical TMS Service in London.
In 2017 he became the first British doctor to be elected as a director of the Clinical TMS Society and he was re-elected to this position in 2020. The Clinical TMS Society is the largest professional organisation of TMS clinicians in the world. In 2019 he became the first person from outside North America to be elected to the Executive Committee of the Clinical TMS Society when he was elected as Secretary of the Society. In May 2018 he was awarded the Clinical TMS Society President's award for his dedication, collaboration, efforts and leadership to advance the ideals of the Society.

Dr. Abdelghani gave me plenty of confidence in the quality and efficacy of the treatment, and his oversight of the process (including measurements) only encouraged this. I was almost always seen promptly for appointments, and the nurses were attentive and kind.

I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. Dr Abdelghani comes across as very knowledgeable and very caring. His approach is very thorough and he explains his reasoning very well. His team of nurses are friendly, professional and caring. They do their best to give the TMS treatment according to your preferences. The entire team try to ensure a positive, experience while using a number of measures to objectively measure treatment efficacy. I would highly recommend Dr Abdelghani and his team for out-of-the-box mental health treatment.

My experience at the clinic was incredible, the service was always great with the people, nurses and Dr being always very professional, respectful and caring. The place is amazing and the facilities top of the range.

I can't recommend Dr Abdelghani and his team enough for their care during TMS treatment. It is 2 months post treatment and I am still amazed at how effective it has been, especially after trying various treatments over the last 20 years. It has made a hugely positive impact on my life, and is something that my friends and family see as well. Dr. Abdelghani and his team are experienced and knowledgeable in the area, and made me feel comfortable during each of my sessions. I would absolutely recommend working with Dr. Abdelghani and his team.

From the very start I was extremely impressed with how they responded to my enquiries. They were extremely professional & quick response times and then when meeting the staff they were simply a delight to deal with - once again, very professional and yet warm and friendly - they achieved a perfect balance in that respect.
