I went for their full Level 3 assessment, and can say that the service, both before and after the day was exemplary. On the day I hardly had time to pause between the battery of tests, all carefully orchestrated by Connor. What could have been a very stressful day passed. The tests and most importantly the review and round up were very informative, and uncovered issues that could be dealt with prior to them becoming life threatening. Well worth the cost.

I see you have given 4/5 for wait time which is the first time we have ever scored 4 and not 5 in 4 years and so I wondered if this was intentional, especially as you said "super efficient" in the comments .
