The staff were all excellent, including the consultation with the surgeon. They were frustrated by the failure of the hospital computer system which resulted in delay to conducting various tests of my eyes

Never go in on time so I know to always allow more time! Would expect private appointments to be more on time, but I don’t think I have ever gone in on time after many visits over many years! Always friendly, always feel v confident they know what they are doing and trust they always suggest the best next action

Excellent medical service for cataract operation let down by admin staff who Insisted on 07.15 arrival but on the day security refused admission before 07.30! Anaesthetist and surgeon superb. Nursing efficient. Prompt discharge after some delay for pharmacy to issue eye drops.

Food was late and not very good being asked to pay £5.50 for half a bowl of soup which we had to chase was a little out of order
