My daughter ( age 14) has been seen a few times now with an injury to her back and Lizzie has been amazing handling her well and helping her heal from not being able to perform in cheerleading and doing her backward walkovers ! Incredible Osteopathy Session with Lizzie I had an osteopathy appointment today for pain in my shins, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. Lizzie took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, asking about my workout routine and checking my posture, especially for squats and deadlifts. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, making sure to look at my overall alignment. Lizzie didn’t just focus on the symptoms—she considered my footwear as well. She recommended adding extra support in my shoes to help balance my weight distribution, which was a game-changer. After addressing all of these factors, she used a combination of rubbing and massaging techniques on my legs, and within minutes, the pain I had been dealing with was significantly relieved. I walked out of the appointment feeling so much better, and I’m really grateful for Lizzie’s expertise and the personalized care she provided. Highly recommend her for anyone experiencing similar issues or who just wants a holistic approach to pain relief and injury prevention! She answered the questions the GP never managed to answer within 4 months of my prolonged pain.
