Everyone was friendly and professional. The slightly lower mark for waiting time was probably due to the fact that we arrived too early because we had allowed extra travelling time because of the morning rush hour.

I was quite pleased with my operation it went very well, the only thing I didn't want is the 2 hour wait for a ten minute op. But that,s the sign ot the time,s I suppose. 👍
