I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

I’d had problems with my shoulder and arm for over two weeks, and couldn’t move my arm above waist height. I hadn’t been to Pure before, but the company was recommended to me by a non-London based Sports physio contact. Jess took me through a thorough background review and identified a few potential causes. Following further tests she narrowed the issue down to two causes and then treated them. By the time the session finished, I could fully raise my arm and 90% of the pain had gone. She told me that it would take c6 weeks to regain full use without pain. It’s now 5 days later and I’m following her prescribed physio exercises and feeling stronger and more confident using my arm. I strongly recommend Jess if you have physio related needs.

It worked! Pure Sports Medicine achieved exactly what they were supposed to do in five visits, “exactly what it said on the tin,” as it were. Well done!
