I have been visiting the skin laser clinic off and on for several years, as needed. It remains the best skin laser service I've seen; with highly effective hospital-grade equipment and highly knowledgeable and skilled staff. This is not a high street beauty parlour. Run by doctors who are experts in their fields, with experienced specialist nurses and technicians providing bespoke treatments to effectively treat serious skin conditions. Outcomes are life-changing. I've cried with thanks on many occasions to them because of the success of the treatments.

Everything was explained as to what to expect after my treatment and the importance of good aftercare. Everyone was friendly and I felt totally relaxed about the procedure. Also I was told if I had any concerns just call them. Excellent service throughout.

The derm room appointments are always a positive experience. They are easy to book and very clear about costs, They are extremely friendly and nurses are wonderfully professional and skilled. The atmosphere is welcoming, quiet and spotless.

Charlotte is great, v friendly also. Was disappointed to see price go from 80-100. My appts are v quick and been a customer for 10 years and woll lokely be for life given the cause for me, and this is a substantial increase that adda to an already v expensive ongoing need.
