Fantastic Experience Efficient service from staff and consultant

Most probably the worst experience ever with any doctors. Covid test and release seems a scam. Paid almost £300 to have to chase in total 10 times for the test appointment, test kit and still no result after 72 hours. Test kit delivery was half a day late and I had to chase. Delivery with Addison Lee was another experience of its kind. The driver was not wearing a face mask even after I reminded him to do so and after mentioning to him that he is collecting/delivering Covid tests. Eventually someone called me back to explain my test was not in the database. Conflicting message half an hour later from a doctor who told me to wait another 24 hours for the results. Now 26 hours later i still dont have any update. Isolating now the 9th day.

Very quick response to telephone enquiry. Cleanliness not applicable!!

I emailed for a repeat prescription on Monday - chased on Wednesday given no response - promised return call later that day - nothing. Called Thursday explaining now urgent as going away Friday 11am. Promised return call. Nothing. Emailed (twice) further saying I was leaving at 11am Friday and still had nothing. EmailEd finally at 13.00 on Friday, to apologise and say ‘it will be processed this afternoon’. Too late - had already departed without my medication. Similar has happened with both my son and daughter with repeat prescription requests over the last few, admittedly challenging, months. But communication appalling.

Dr Sanjay Mehta is an excellent doctor and a very kind hearted person. He is very helpful.
