Really positive experience with the whole team. I have had fixed braces fitted and everyone has been super helpful and friendly from start to finish. Was initially anxious to get braces, but couldn't have had better service which has been really reassuring (even through lockdown).

My appointment with the hygienist was the most pleasant experience and the most thorough examination and treatment I’ve had. I saw my previous hygienist before lockdown four times per year because of my history of gum disease. So I don’t make this comment lightly.

Professional and personable staff, always welcoming and friendly. Feels very high tech and new and visits Always went smoothly. Good communication and easy to get appointments that suited me.

Overall experience ,excellent staff ,pleasant on approach ,willing to listen, all ways feel wellcome, excellent customer service, clean environment .I would recommend the Orthodontic suite to anyone ,great work,loving my new smile.
