About Dr Daniel O'Driscoll
Dr Daniel O’Driscoll is a Consultant Dermatologist at Hammersmith Hospital, part of Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust. He also sees private patients at The Devonshire Clinic and The Harley Street Clinic. Dr O’Driscoll has special interests in eczema, inflammatory skin conditions and skin cancer.

I felt that Dr O’Driscoll didn’t listen to me. I had to repeat myself several times. He decided that my rash was acne and prescribed me lots of really harsh things for my sensitive skin which I decided against using. I didn’t cash in my prescription. I carried on taking Benadryl and treated my skin myself with Dermalogica products. Five days after my appointment with Dr O’Driscoll, my rash has completely subsided and my skin has cleared even the skin on my neck chest and body. I very much appreciated his time but I had just come directly from my hospital room, walking directly from the ward and I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen by him and I didn’t feel he was empathetic at all.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. While we were pleased to be able to accommodate you urgently with a same day appointment despite the consultant being fully booked, we regret that was not reflected in your experience. I saw Dr O’Driscoll following a recommendation of a friend. His team were excellent in booking me in swiftly and confirmed appointments in a timely manner. The consultant was experienced, listened to my concerns and prescribed an effective treatment that resolved the condition completely. Follow on advise and detailed clinic letters to my GP too. Would happily recommend anyone to see him for medical dermatological conditions. His support team is efficient, friendly and supportive.

Excellent - a very nice calm and friendly manner. I felt very confident in his capability to treat me in the very best way possible. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and wasn’t rushed. Again, making the experience as good as it could be.
