Dr Kulakov and her team provided an incredibly kind and caring service as described in the last panel. Dr Kulakov, took the time to ensure that I fully understood recent medical reports and clearly explained what the next actions were, why they were necessary and what I should expect as an outcome. Her manner was warm, friendly, relaxed and thoroughly professional and I felt both comfortable and confident that I was in excellent hands.

Dr Kulakov explained everything beforehand very clearly and answered all my questions. During the procedure she was calm and reassuring. When it was over the instructions on wound care and what to do were crystal clear. I felt very reassured through the whole process and she turned a potentially difficult experience into something that seemed very under control. Am excellent experience all round.
