Positive start to end, lots of opportunities to ask questions.

Throughout the process from my first appointment Mr Casswell was clear in what would happen on the day of the op and after and answered all my questions. His manner was always supportive and reassuring. The support after the op was just as reassuring with Freddie's phone call and the offer of ongoing contact during recuperation, though I did not need it. And the outcome of the op is amazing. Thank you.

The appointment was earlier than stated. The examination was thorough And the outcome very pleasing

Reassured after first cataract/lens replacement which did not quite go as I had hoped. All good after second op. Everything fully explained before & after surgeries. Very happy with final results. Thank you very much!

Mr Caswell is very charming and makes me feel at ease. I have seen him many times since May when he performed my retinal surgery and he has never failed to be kind and pleasant. He has explained everything, shown me the scans and told me about the eye drops. Always asking if I have any questions.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Casswell. I feel like he has rescued me after my failed initial cataract operation elsewhere (Hastings). He has been marvellous throughout, so calm, caring, reassuring & professional. I trust him completely & am extremely happy to have all my treatment on both eyes successfully resolved. Thank you so very much.

I highly recommend Mr Casswell for bilateral cataract surgery. I suffer from acute anxiety and Mr Casswell explained the entire procedure calmly so I could take in all the information. Mr Casswell operated at my pace, listening and reassuring me, ask while ensuring I was calm, comfortable and pain free throughout. Less than a couple of weeks after my surgery, I have 2020 vision and I'm cateracts free. The surgery has been life changing. Thank you so much Mr Casswell.
