All aspects were discussed and clearly explained from initial consultation to finished procedures. Jason made me feel comfortable and at ease during the surgery.

First Consultation - Very thorough, described the reasoning behind the needs for the Cataract Opeation on my left eye and options on artificial IOLs. Just Brilliant. Pre Operation- I received a detailed corresponded about the Cataract operation and list of Dos and Don’ts. Excellent At Hospital before, during, after the operation - I was kept up to date, Dr Ho kept speaking to me during the operation putting me at ease. Thank you. Watering eye was my only discomfort. I used the two eye drops according to the instructions religiously. Follow up consultation - After a thorough examination Dr Ho advised that I my left eye healing up and can start to drive. On my recent visit to Vision Express to consult on my glasses following my Cataract Surgery, the Optometrist was so surprised to see do soon after the operation. I should have my new glasses in two weeks. I was so pleased with Dr Ho, I recommend Dr Ho to my wife to consult on her suffering from dry and achy eyes for over a year so. My wife is also very pleased with advice received and her eyes feels much better.

Dr. Ho makes you feel you are dealing with a friend, he is reassuring, calm, highly knowledgeable and I felt very fortunate to be referred to him.

Throughout my visits to the eye clinics I was pleased with how I was treated and processed with good communication on what was happening to me and what would happen next. The only frustration was appointment times always delayed, between 1-1.5 hours.
