Very professional service and treatment was excellent

Mr Sidebottom was very easy to talk to, he made me feel very comfortable right from the start and answered all my questions thoroughly. I left feeling reassured about the issue I was having and will highly recommend him in the future.

I was in as a day patient on the 31st March for both lower wisdom teeth removal. I was made to feel very welcome and at ease by the wonderful nurse who regularly checked up on me every half hour until my husband picked me up on the wollaton ward, I can't remember the ladies name but she'll remember me as she brought me some ice cream after my surgery as I wasn't confident to eat anything. Even the young lady on reception who checked me in and took me to my very clean and spacious room with its own TV and modern ensuite was very kind as were the guys who took me back to my room once i had woken up. My surgeon Dr Sidebottom and the Anaesthetists Nick and Nick did a fantastic job (who both checked in with me afterwards to see how i was). So a huge thank you to everyone.

Mr. Sidebottom is without the doubt, one of the best surgeons I have ever had the fortune of meeting. The way he explains what is needed to fix the issue is easy to follow and very informative. His bedside manner is 2nd to none The skills he has as a surgeon are without a doubt one of the best available. I would recommend him to anybody needing jaw surgery. Since I had my surgery, it has changed my life. I cannot thank him enough.

Having spent many years looking for a solution to my jaw pain, I finally found Mr Sidebottom. I am truly grateful for his help, guidance and expertise. I have now had an operation and finally pain free. Mr Sidebottom is kind and understanding, but most importantly he listens to you. A virtue many don’t share. I recommend anyone suffering from TMJ to seek out Mr Sidebottom for his option and expertise.

I have had TMJ symptoms for many years, finally I came across Mr Sidebottom and went for a consultation. It was the first time in 30 years that someone actually listened to the problems I was having. He talked me through why I was getting symptoms and the options. Having waited and waited for an NHS appointment I decided to follow through after the consultation and have an operation with Mr Sidebottom. Mr Sidebottom is kind, reassuring and doesn’t rush you. I wasn’t looking for a miracle cure, but someone who would listen and work with me on a treatment plan. I have had my operation now and cannot thank Mr Sidebottom enough for operating.
