This was my first surgical procedure and Dr. Arora and his team(E), made me feel very comfortable and legitimately cared about. As someone who had dealt with medical professionals for over 55 years, I can truly say this was one of my best experiences from initial consult to post surgery follow up.

Quick diagnosis and able to speak in a way that was easy to understand which made decision making easy. Excellent bedside manner and a calming influence. Very ably supported by his assistant Emma. Would highly recommend.

I’m happy to say that this was my first experience of a confirmed cancer diagnosis - and I’ll be happier still if it’s my last. If I should be so fortunate it is largely due to the skills and professionalism of Mr Arora. From our first meeting I felt hugely comforted to know that I was clearly in the hands of an expert who would give me the best chance of a positive outcome. I can’t begin to imagine the skills required to carry out my operations - I was asleep at the time - but my recovery was surprisingly quick with little external sign of the procedure. Away from the operating table Mr Arora was a delight to deal with, reassuring yet realistic and with the precious ability to communicate sometimes slightly overwhelming information in a way that even an idiot like me could understand. But probably the greatest gift he brought to the (operating) table was that precious commodity: hope. I will be forever grateful that I had Mr Arora by my side throughout this process.

Mr Arora has consummate customer service skills, is very engaging and reassuring. I always understood everything about my treatment, at every stage over 15-months, as my case was so severe and complex. Mr Arora is a very warm and friendly person, whilst still maintaining that confident persona, you want to see from a Doctor or a pilot. I am happy to report that after 6-months of follow-up appointments, I am now transformed and can finally breathe through my nasal passages once again.

Mr Arora is an excellent Dr and took the time and interest in me to explain the problem that I have and I would certainly return to him in the future if needed.
