I feel very safe in the hands of the Doctor . Wonder what the word would look like without such highly professional people

I found Mr Panayi very helpful approachable and informative. He made my experience much less stressful and was very encouraging and helpful

It is hard to articulate the extent of my gratitude for Mr Panayi; his compassion and kindness at each and every consultation as well as his experience and knowledge. After some terrible historic experiences, it was such an immense relief that he understood the pain I was in straightaway, and was so decisive and clear with the treatment plan; it was like having an anvil lifted off my shoulders. Mr Panayi has and continues to be so reassuring that he can fix things for me and it has melted away the despair that I had been carrying for many months before finding him, as my symptoms had got getting steadily worse. Truly I don’t know where I would be today without this wonderful doctor.

Mr Panayi is very professional, caring and extremely knowledgable. I have seen him in consultation on a number of occasions and he has performed successful procedures.

I was happy with the level of service I received from Amy Foskett-Jones, Mr Panayi's secretary, who was efficient, polite and extremely helpful when I first contacted her and when I needed general advice about my surgery. In addition, Mr Panayi helped to put me at ease at the consulations both prior and post surgery. He was professional at all times and gave me confidence to openly discuss my gynaecalogical issues. There was a mix-up with an online prescription sent to me for a post operation infection, which meant that the treatment was delayed by a few days but this was resolved in the end. It could have possibly been avoided by a call to advise me that a prescription was being sent electronically, which I actually thought was a scam text message from the online pharmacy which I deleted!

I was referred very close to Christmas and the consultant kindly fitted me in to his busy schedule at short notice to ensure I didn’t have to delay any possible treatment required post procedure He was thorough in explaining all possible scenarios in a reassuring and kind way

This is the second time of seeing Mr Panayi he put my mind at easy and was clear on explaining everything. If i had to see someone again it would be him. Highly recommended

Mr Panayi's PA, Amy, has been very efficient with regards to any updates/ further queries/ even managed to contact me with an earlier surgery slot when it became available. I am very appreciative of Mr Panayi's team at the Parkside hospital, ensuring my pre and post operative journey and hospital experience was an uneventful/ positive one. Post operative follow-up appointment was organised accordingly and I had also received a copy of the Histology analysis result as requested.
