Mr Ramkissoon dealt with a terrified patient with considerable patience and understanding.

Mr Ramkissoon gave me an extremely detailed breakdown of the options available to me in a professional and non-patronising way, but was happy to repeat to ensure understanding and clarity. He was available to talk to outside of normal business hours (evenings and weekends) which proved invaluable in managing my work and home life balance. The follow up calls were appreciated following surgery and the advice given helpful and practical and allowed me to understand what happens during each stage of recovery from the surgery. Very satisfied overall.
