About Dr Neelima Dixit
Dr. Neelima Dixit is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with extensive experience in infertility and reproductive health. She completed her medical qualification in 1999 and trained in various hospitals across North London, earning a Fertility and Reproductive Surgery fellowship at King’s College Hospital where she developed expertise in gynaecological ultrasound. She joined the specialist register in 2006 after serving as a Consultant at Western Sussex NHS Trust.
Now based in Chichester, Dr. Dixit specialises in managing infertility, IVF treatment, premature ovarian failure, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, and endometriosis. She practices privately at West Sussex Fertility & Gynaecology, Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital, St. Richard’s Hospital, and the Meyer Clinic, and also serves as a consultant at the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, where she is the lead consultant in early pregnancy at St. Richard’s Hospital.

Dr Dixit is an extremely professional and yet warm and personable Consultant . I highly recommend her for her quality of work , thorough explanations and the smile you get from her - which isn’t always usual in these environments!

A lovely warm lady. She listened to me and I didn’t feel like I was shunned away or just left to deal with it like I have with my GP. From our very first meeting, Dr Neelima Dixit took the time to really listen to me, understand me and go through all my options thoroughly.
