Arrived early and was seen early, everything was seamless and my consultant explained everything in detail. I had plenty of time to ask questions, I felt respected and I was confident in every stage of my diagnosis and treament.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent

The hospital was very clean , had great staff who were very polite and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble .

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.
