I had a great experience with Dr. Bita Fox at the Munro Hall Clinic. I went in for SMART amalgam removal, and from start to finish, I felt truly looked after. It's a lovely facility that is bright and clean

The hospital was very clean , had great staff who were very polite and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble .

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

I was seen today by Dr Alireza. I can highly recommend him to other patients as he is very attentive and professional. He took time to listen to all my concerns and in a very polite manner suggested to make the necessary tests and some solutions to my concerns. Thank you very much!

Excellent communication and facilities

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional
