I was very impressed with the receptionist who confirmed my booking and welcomed me on the day. The treatment was carried out very professionally and in a very friendly manner. Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.
