Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

Arrived early and was seen early, everything was seamless and my consultant explained everything in detail. I had plenty of time to ask questions, I felt respected and I was confident in every stage of my diagnosis and treament.

The integrated care are Life Works is outstanding, I am extremely grateful for the level of care and support over my time om the ED and ATP programmes. The multi disciplinary team and all the staff are superbly talented, and their attention to detail is si much appreciated.
