I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. My daughter ( age 14) has been seen a few times now with an injury to her back and Lizzie has been amazing handling her well and helping her heal from not being able to perform in cheerleading and doing her backward walkovers ! She is healing well and slowly bending again! Thank you so much for your expertise. X

Feeling vulnerable and in pain following surgery, it is comforting to have pleasant and kind staff not only nursing and doctors but housekeeping and catering staff were very kind and considerate.

Pixie and Sera is a highly professional practice and in particular: Dr Lawen Muheden is a very skilled physician.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Genuine care, helpful and pleasant reception from all the clinic staff I meet. I always feel valued and comfortable to be a patient in Mr Naval Mair’s clinic. He is very much dedicated to providing the best possible treatment outcome for my pain and mobility issues. I always look forward to my treatment appointments.
