St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Hemmen is an incredible nurse with a great understanding of functional health. He has made a genuine and personalised effort, helping me connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term wellness rather than “quick fix” advice. His advice is practical and sustainable. He’s also just a great person to work with. He is super supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, Hemmen is your guy!

I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.
