A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS.
