I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy.
