What a TEAM!!! my experience with the service at Discover Laser has been FANTASTIC. All the team are very knowledgeable, friendly passionate about people and truly care about the right skin journey that's right for you. From the doctor who is exceptionally knowledgeable, gentle and professional, to the receptionists who are always smiling and warm to the owner who is beyond professional this place is a GEM. It's a slice of high end cosmetics in the heart of Burnley. I know money is tight but Discover Laser is very reasonably priced. Yes it's a little more expensive than other smaller and independents but I truly was happy paying for the outstanding service and treatment I receive. The one thing that will keep me coming back most is their honesty, safety and that they truly have a passion for skin care and people above money and profit. I am excited for my future journey with Discover Lazer :)

I was quite surprised as to how quick & painless the procedure was & very little discomfort following.

The process was very fast from initial enquiry to operation. I feel like more detailed information regarding recovery could be provided & an the operation day I do feel like a better service could be provided by nursing staff, there was definitely an element of feeling like I was on a conveyor belt.

I reached out to the Bespoke Clinic, didn’t wait long for a reply. Answered my question and my journey began with a friendly and extremely professional team. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with the Team. Thank you

I've been going to Karen Miller (at Tracey Bell's) for over 5 years. She is the ultimate professional and is absolutely excellent. I am always supremely happy with the treatments. And Ben is amazing too :)
