Friendly staff

Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Dr Dimitra Metheniti was excellent and our son felt very comfortable to open up and share his feelings during the 2 hour session. We feel we have come away feeling that the next steps are clear and it has brought us a huge amount of clarity.

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.
