The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
