Highly professional

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

The team at Bader Medical is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the reception is professional and the amount of knowledge they have between all of them is astounding. St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
