Jade has been a great support for my daughter in navigating the challenges of school life, especially when it comes to managing conflicts, managing stress and regulating her temper. Jade has created a safe, comfortable environment where my daughter feels she can talk openly and honestly. We have seen noticeable improvements in how she expresses herself and copes with difficult situations. I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. At the time, I was uncertain and even skeptical about whether real change was possible. But looking back now, I hardly recognize the version of myself who first walked through those doors. The journey has been transformative, and I'm deeply grateful for the support and guidance I received.

The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!
