Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
