The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Very nice space with considerate people.

Minor delay, but everything was smooth and efficient. Mr Tavakkolizadeh was most friendly and took the time to discuss and explain.

Staff who assisted during procedures were very kind and helpful, especially Tara. Staff Nurse Louise very professional and helpful

Within seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted by friendly smiley staff. Within minutes of checking in and filing out my registration, a nurse came to get me to take me to a waiting area where I was for less than 5 minutes before the doctor call me through. Very impressed with my service
