Within seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted by friendly smiley staff. Within minutes of checking in and filing out my registration, a nurse came to get me to take me to a waiting area where I was for less than 5 minutes before the doctor call me through. Very impressed with my service

Short waiting time for the appointment. Just a long wait in the hospital room for the actual surgery as I was the last slot of the afternoon session which I hadn’t realised so was waiting about 4 hours. Post surgery appointments on time and useful.
