They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Doctor was Very helpful

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

The staff at Northway Clinic are very polite and the Clinic itself is always kept very clean.

I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience

The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks
