It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

I had an appointment with nutritionist. I found overall experience positive, staff at the reception was pleasant, no waiting time. I would say that nutritionist overall is knowledgeable on a surface (we did not discuss particular details, and I was not offered to do any blood tests or other tests, which I would assume would be next step for tailored advise). I did not find first 25 min of meeting useful as the doctor assumed I was different age (significantly younger that is my actual age), hence discussion was not tailored towards my needs. Although I believe my age was mentioned in my initial form.

Lovely clinic - have been coming here for months now for my appointments.

I had a very good experience visiting the Geno Health Clinic. Since visiting my back pain has gone, it has been a life changing for me. The doctors and staff are so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a full health check and received treatment for my chronic back pain. To give some medical history for my problem, for some time I have been suffering with debilitating back pain, after having my first child the situation worsened and I was prescribed NSAID by my usual doctor, following this I was told to start taking medication to protect my stomach from that medicine, the final straw was when my doctor also prescribed me opiates. I had gone from being a healthy person to suddenly taking 10+ pills a day. I was concerned about this so I decided to make an appointment with Geno Health, and I am very glad I did, as I no longer need to take any medication at all. I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough, it has changed my life for the better and I am extremely grateful.

Fantastic service. Well worth the subscription. Peace of mind.
