After being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, I struggled to understand what was causing me to have a bloated stomach, diarrhea and lack of energy. After finding Melody's webpage I got in touch and she has been a great help with understanding more about my gut health. She introduced me to the microbiome tests that provided much needed information to fully understand my body and home into the factors causing the array of day to day struggles that I had. Taking a step back and cutting things out of my diet, such as diary products has made a huge difference. The supplements Melody recommended have also improved my energy levels and my gut health. Melody has been such a great help and I'm glad I got in touch with her. I feel more energised and I understand my gut more and I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind nowadays. Reviewing the test results with Melody also helped me understand that my diet wasn't all bad but I just needed a helping hand in homing in on a few things to improve my vitamin levels within my body. My mother was diagnosed with the Sickle cell trait, so I wondered whether I inherent it. That's when I found out about The Red Drop through an advertisement, I got in touch and they were so helpful in terms of listening to my concerns because I didn't even know what exactly test I should do in order to get a diagnosis. The Red Drop’s doctor talked me through the whole process and guided me throughout the process, I honestly could not feel more cared. The process is very straightforward, if you have any doubts you can ask in advance before placing an order for any test, and afterwards test is delivered at home. For the Sickle cell test, I had blood taken from my vein, in one of their collection point, which was very convenient for me. The test results were ready within 24 hours, together with the Red Drop doctor's advice, which personally made me very happy, provided I'm quite an anxious person. Overall I'm very happy with the services and the value of money.
