Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

A great experience

Although initially a 5 week period of radiotherapy treatment seemed very lengthy the receptionists ,the radiotherapy nurses,Laura and Dr Smith made it pass much more quickly with their very friendly and empathetic service.I would not hesitate to recommend the centre.

The staff here are incredible and I have been blown away by the level of care I’ve received. They have made this experience so much easier and because of them I never dreaded going into the hospital to receive treatment.
