Couldn’t fault it, complete satisfaction

Wonderful. Very prompt

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

It has a calm atmosphere, not stressful, very helpful staff.

All the staff at the hospital were amazing, they were kind and I was made to feel at ease. The room was clean and tidy.

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.
