The process was very fast from initial enquiry to operation. I feel like more detailed information regarding recovery could be provided & an the operation day I do feel like a better service could be provided by nursing staff, there was definitely an element of feeling like I was on a conveyor belt.

Harley clinic was a professional and clean environment, with very lovely and helpful people throughout. They took care of me well, and guided me through each step following up to the surgery. Highly recommend

On arrival, seen almost immediately. Professional consultation with a satisfactory outcome. I would definitely use these services again.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

I had an amazing experience with Dr East. I would highly recommend him and the practice. I have a perfect, natural nose now and am so happy with the results.
