All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

Harley clinic was a professional and clean environment, with very lovely and helpful people throughout. They took care of me well, and guided me through each step following up to the surgery. Highly recommend

Excellent and very welcoming.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and consistently checked I was ok. The hospital is lovely and bright and clean.
