I would just like to thank Dr siraj from start to finish with our son's tongue Tie and lip. He was very professional and gave advice which was very helpful. He took his time explaining the procedure and made us feel comfortable. Also I would like to thank the receptionists which are very helpful. The after care from Dr Siraj was amazing and we cannot thank him and happy Kids enough.

I've been with Sparklysmile for decades. As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. Also, I'd like to say the response to the several dental emergiences I've had over the years has been very positive. Thank you everyone.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.
