Staff were professional.

It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.

Efficient and quick

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

Clean, efficient

I had an appointment with nutritionist. I found overall experience positive, staff at the reception was pleasant, no waiting time. I would say that nutritionist overall is knowledgeable on a surface (we did not discuss particular details, and I was not offered to do any blood tests or other tests, which I would assume would be next step for tailored advise). I did not find first 25 min of meeting useful as the doctor assumed I was different age (significantly younger that is my actual age), hence discussion was not tailored towards my needs. Although I believe my age was mentioned in my initial form.

The supporting staff were exceptionally professional with extremely reassuring bedside manner… Brilliant!

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
